WHAT SHOULD YOU DO!
When you log in for the first time, you will need to answer some new security questions. Use your existing user ID as the Access ID (all lower case) and the last 5 digits of your social security number or tax ID number as your password. Also, you will need to delete and reinstall your mobile apps from the Google Play or Apple Store.
