  • Our branches comply with all the accessibilities requirements for disabled persons.
  • Employees are trained to receive calls from third-party Telecom Relay Services (*)
  • On emergency cases, the bank will provide transportation for customers that are not able to travel to one of our branches.

 

Telecommunications Relay Service – A service provided to individuals with hearing/speech disabilities that allows them to communicate with companies/individuals that do not have the necessary equipment to do it directly.
